Affiliate Sponsorship Levels
 
Platinum Sponsorship – $1200 Gold Sponsorship – $650
Best for sponsors seeking premium access, exclusivity, and direct engagement.

There is a cap on platinum sponsorships available. We are only accepting 18 Platinum sponsors. It will be first-come first-served for the 2026 Renewal period beginning 10/1/2025. Additionally, the two per trade cap also applies.		 Ideal for sponsors looking to build relationships and gain more exposure.

There are unlimited gold sponsorships available, except for the cap of 2 affiliate sponsors per trade category.
  • Four (4) Social Media Advertisements with Company Name and Logo per year
  • 2 Meal Tickets for each Luncheon Event (registration required, additional tickets at member price)
  • 2 Admission Tickets for Mixer Events (registration required, additional tickets at member price)
  • Reserve the right to a table at Luncheon events (max 8 per event, first come first serve, must register)
  • One Luncheon sponsorship with 5 min presentation + info on luncheon slides (QR code to review website)
  • Full attendee list after every luncheon
  • Full membership list quarterly for marketing efforts
  • Company logo/details on local chapter website
  • Company logo/details in physical & digital passport (must meet registration deadlines)
  • One booth at mini tradeshow + 2 free tickets (registration required)
  • Table Ambassadors for Luncheon Icebreakers (2 per table, excluding lunch sponsor)
  • Ability to bring swag to each Luncheon
  • Ability to bring a raffle gift to each Luncheon
  • First right of refusal for additional Sponsorship Opportunities
  • One Social Media Advertisement with Company Name and Logo per year
  • One Meal Ticket per Luncheon Event (registration required, additional tickets at member price)

Other Important Items to Note:
There will be a cap on 2 companies per trade. Ex: we will not include more than 2 roofers. When the renewal period opens on 10/1/2025, it will be first come first serve to renew and fill a spot for your trade. Once two spots are filled, we will not be accepting additional companies for that trade. 
There will be a cap on platinum sponsorships (18). When the renewal period opens on 10/1/2025, it will be first come first serve to the first 18 who renew and pay their 2026 fee. 

2026 Important Dates:
    1. Renewal period opens 10/1/2025
    2. In order to be in the printed physical copy of the 2026 Passport, your sponsorship fee must be paid, application signed and submitted, and all logo and company information provided by 12/1/2025. Failure to do so will result in your business NOT being reflected in the 2026 physical printed passport. 

Affiliate Registration 2026

Application Instructions: Affiliate Applications are reviewed by the NEFL NARPM® board of directors at the monthly board meeting immediately following the date the application was received. A check made payable to Northeast FL Chapter of NARPM® should be included with the application. If your application for sponsorship is denied your check will be returned. The renewal date for all affiliate sponsors is December 1st of each year.

If elected for sponsorship, I will be allowed to use the designation “Affiliate” and agree that upon expiration of sponsorship, I will immediately discontinue the use of this designation. I waive all claims against the Association and any of its Officers, Directors, or Members for any act in connection with the business of the Association and all references as to its or their acts in electing, advancing or expelling, or disciplining me as an applicant or sponsor.. I agree that the Association may include my name in a sponsorship roster, on its website, and include, but not limited to, mailing labels, which the Association may make available to others for consideration.(Required)
