Pat Flynn is the Founder and President of Flight Builders, a construction company building affordable housing in Northeast FL. Pat is the former President of Yellowbird, a real estate investment company, brokerage, and lender.

Fueled by the belief that true happiness stems from realizing one’s potential and pursuing goals that align with individual strengths, Pat is dedicated to fostering a community that energizes and uplifts its team. Flight’s purpose statement, “To live authentically with purpose and relentless execution, to never stop pushing boundaries and earning wisdom; In doing so, inspire others to do the same,” serves as a guiding principle.
